Sorry, I'm a little behind in my reading, Callie, but I really liked this one. You managed to capture the desperation and pain of BOTH women...hard, searing, ever-present...sometimes it can threaten to drown in ways unexpected...loved the means to which these women try to stem the tide and keep their sanity intact for a little longer.
