Damn. We need lawyers like that here. I'm sure there are a few gay ones that would push something like it through, but it would never stand up in court if challenged. It pisses me off to no end that an adoption can be over-ruled if blood-family challenges it. *clamps hand over mouth so I won't start a rant*
Why can't they just keep their relgion out of our face? I mean, whatever happened to seperation of church and state? It's obvious they only like them to meet when it's in their favor. (And obviously I can talk through my hand, so let's go for the duck tape!)
